The Director General of the Vocational Training Corporation (VTC), Dr. Ahmad Muflih Al-Gharaibeh, met with the Cultural Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Amman, Jad Dornburg, to discuss opportunities for strengthening bilateral cooperation, particularly in the areas of cultural exchange and educational advancement.
According to a statement issued by the Corporation on Tuesday, Dr. Al-Gharaibeh emphasized the importance of expanding international partnerships and integrating technology and future skills into promising vocational sectors, in line with the priorities outlined in Jordan’s Economic Modernization Vision.
During the meeting, both parties agreed to develop joint initiatives and hold awareness sessions aimed at informing VTC trainees about cultural exchange opportunities and available scholarships in the United States. These efforts aim to broaden trainees’ educational horizons and enhance their competitiveness in both local and global labor markets.
The meeting reflects VTC’s commitment to learning from successful global experiences and aligning its programs with the latest trends in technical and vocational education and training (TVET).
