Gemini Property Developers in finals for upcoming Gulf Real Estate Awards
Strong case brings Gemini’s Splendor luxury residential project up amongst 120 contestants. The awards are backed by the Dubai Land Department
Gemini Property Developers, a Dubai-based boutique real estate developer, today announced being short-listed to finals for upcoming Gulf Real Estate Awards. The finalist stage is the last phase before announcing the winners. Strong case brings Gemini up amongst 120 contesting real estate companies from the Gulf region.
Now in its third edition, the Gulf Real Estate Awards celebrate and recognise the very best developers in the real estate industry. The awards are the only accolades open to every professional and real estate group across the industry in the Gulf.
Backed by Dubai Land Department (DLD), the awards earlier in December 2018 were announced through an official press conference attended by HE Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General of Dubai Land Department; Hend Al Marri, CEO of the Dubai Real Estate Institute (DREI); and Mark Hamill, Managing Director of Awards International, the organisers of the Gulf Real Estate Awards (GREA).
The third edition of the awards include 25 award categories that mainly focus on achievements over the last 18 months. Whether a dynamic entrepreneur or a start-up, a thriving SME, or large firms; there is category to highlight outstanding examples in all business areas.
This year received 120 entries for awards that are scored using pre-determined criteria, written entries to provide short-listed Finalists, each of them will make 15-minute presentation to a panel of judges. Scores will be generated from a combination of the written entry and the live presentation.
Based on the highest scores, winners from each category are identified based on the highest score. Winner across all categories in the Gulf Real Estate Awards will be announced in a prestigious ceremony to be held on 26th and 27th March 2019 in Dubai.
Gemini Property Developers strongly presented to contest for the ‘Luxury Residential’ category, impressed the judging panel who short-listed them to the finalist. The ‘Luxury Residential’ recognises excellence in real estate development and projects with the best luxurious residential, while adopting originality and aesthetics.
