Dubai Airports and JCDecaux SA signed the deal yesterday to extend their existing contract related to Dubai International Airport (DXB) advertising to 2028.
This long-term partnership, which began in 2008, exclusively covers all advertising concessions across DXB.
DXB, the world’s busiest international airport, will leverage the latest technology and innovation to lead an industry revolution in digital airport advertising following the deal with the world’s leading outdoor advertising company JCDecaux SA (Euronext Paris DEC), said a statement.
With more than 7.5 million global customers travelling through DXB every month, the airport’s terminals and concourses are an exceptional platform for brands to directly engage with a unique consumer mix.
The deal was signed following a meeting between chairman of Dubai Airports Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum and Jean-Charles Decaux, chairman of the executive board and co-CEO of JCDecaux.
