The Galliard, a contemporary Turkish-Mediterranean fusion restaurant, is set to open at Dubai’s Address Downtown Hotel on October 25.
The brainchild of founding partner Ahmet Uras, it follows the success of The Galliard in Istanbul and will be opened with a special performance from Grammy-nominated singer Kelis.
“Inspired by my Turkish roots and my travels abroad, I am delighted to introduce our multisensory concept – The Galliard – to the appreciative and multicultural people of Dubai, at an iconic location in the heart of the city. We pride ourselves on our excellent service, famed Turkish hospitality and unparalleled representation of Turkish cuisine – which is detailed yet delicate and fuss-free,” says Ahmet Uras.
As well as good food, diners can expect to see their chefs and waiters burst into song and dance for a theatrical experience.
