Samana Developers hosted over 400 brokers at their offices in Business Bay Dubai who were invited to witness the company’s latest incentive plans for 2020 whilst launching the company’s latest residential project Samana Golf Avenue. The developer currently has three ongoing projects located in Dubai that are valued at Dh700 million.

The draw was regulated and held under the supervision of the Dubai Economic Department (DED) at Samana Developers’ head offices in Dubai on March 4, 2020. Where the winner was announced and contracted in the presence of the DED official.
