The hospitality division of Ras Al Khaimah’s (RAK) leading real estate and investment company, Al Hamra Group, celebrated the dawning of a new year, by launching its first CSR initiative of 2018. The company has donated a variety of household goods to three major charities namely the Emirates Red Crescent, Rahmath Charitable Trust and Dar Al Ber Society.

Benoy Kurien, Al Hamra Group General Manager said: “Throughout the year we will be supporting a number of initiatives at both a local and national level. This is in line with not just our CSR strategy, but it’s very much a part of our own business philosophy of how a responsible corporate citizen should support the less fortunate in society.

“The Emirates Red Crescent, Rahmath Charitable Trust and Dar Al Ber Society work tirelessly to support the underprivileged in the UAE, and we’re therefore delighted to offer our support.”
