No More Excuses continues with focussed events
Zulekha Hospital hosted a second round of wellness activities as part of their fitness and lifestyle campaign, No More Excuses which saw more than 250 individuals and families taking part in their yoga day.
The session was conducted on Friday 21 of April at 7:30 am at Al Nahda Pond Park in Dubai where renowned trainers from the Buhaira Yoga Group lead the participants.
The hospital’s No More Excuses campaign highlights the importance of having a healthy and active lifestyle by hosting events that encourage community involvement.
