Regional and local manufacturers alike are using this year’s edition of CABSAT, running from 21-23 March at the Dubai World Trade Centre, as a springboard to launch their products into the market.
Launching the Hyperion X3 Video server at CABSAT 2017, Signum Bildtechnik aim to showcase their product’s versatility along with its easy to use ‘plug and play’ features.
Dr Martin Hainfellner, President and CEO for Signum Bildtechnik said: “Hyperion is scalable in its configuration so it can be extended at a later point, and it’s a very simple machine to use. This was one of the major points when developing the product. For instance, one of the new features introduced was adapting the outward interface to NDIs which allows you to plug and play with the new tricaster.
“The Hyperion is not only new to this market but the overall region here. People from Asia, Arabia and other regions are coming to CABSAT and avoiding long trips as the event is increasingly becoming a place for companies to showcase their new products.”
The Germany-based manufacturer has led the way in digital video processing, archiving solutions and their content management system, SigiStudio, boasts an impressive ability to connect to over 25 different third party standards. The 23rd edition of CABSAT – the leading platform for broadcast, production, content delivery, digital media and satellite sectors across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA) – will continue to focus on disruptive innovation and monetisation opportunities across the MENA film and audio entertainment media market.
