The results of the detailed study confirm that GEZE has an outstanding employee environment. “I did my preparation here in Leonberg within the specialist department and got in touch with colleagues in Barcelona who were really accommodating,” explains Tim Ramsayer. “Everyone at GEZE Iberia speaks English. During my benchmarking project, I had access to everyone, received full support whatever questions I had, and gained insights into how the Spanish work.”
Auditing process with high demands
The international Top Employers Institute analyses leading global employers, who offer excellent conditions for employees, promote talent in all areas of the company and continuously develop their employee orientation. The Top Employer Germany seal certifies only those companies that have proven that they meet the highest standards in their personnel management and strategy. The comprehensive written and verbal audit covers a total often areas. To guarantee objectivity, all the results are additionally checked by a major audit firm.

GEZE wows with contemporary HR instruments
Scientists from the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University of St Gallen, led by Professor Heike Bruch, asked HR management online about HR instruments used. For this purpose, amongst other things, GEZE makes use of a contemporary Cloud-based HR tool which serves to assess performances and agree targets, and supports the individual support of each employee. The HR instrument decides a third, and an employee questionnaire two-thirds of the final result.
98 medium –sized companies applied f or the current ‘Top Job’ round. 81 companies will now bear the seal for the next two years. A total of 16,740 employees were surveyed, around 62% of who work in family businesses. The top employees include 25 national and 7 global market leaders. On average, the companies employ 307 employees and the average proportion of w omen in management positions is 24%.
