Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has organised the ‘Edha’at’ (Arabic for ‘Flashes’) event, to share success stories and innovative initiatives as part of the Knowledge Management’s initiatives, and promote and encourage innovation and continued development among DEWA’s employees. 18 success stories were shared by a number of creative and innovative employees of Distribution Power Division during the two-day event, which was attended by 170 of DP’s employees.
HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA, stressed the importance of the event, and its role in providing a stimulating work environment, capable of enhancing operations and encouraging innovation and creativity.
