“Today, we celebrate humanitarian and Islamic values that we reflect on, throughout the holy month. DEWA is keen to promote social harmony among employees, and to consolidate Islamic values and traditions in UAE society. As we live in this spirit of faith for the Holy Month of Ramadan, and the spirit of worship, to spread peace, love, harmony and compassion, we motivate ourselves to be good, and to renew the spirit of giving and generosity in the month of Quran, giving, righteousness, and philanthropy,” added Al Tayer.
“I welcome my brother, Sheikh Suliman Al Jubailan, who has honoured us with his presence tonight on this special occasion, which brings us together in an atmosphere of faith, joy, and brotherhood. Our gathering is part of our responsibility towards the community, and we are keen to meet with our employees during social, religious, and cultural events, outside working hours, to enhance the harmony between DEWA’s senior management and staff,” noted Al Tayer.
“On this occasion, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation for all your efforts and achievements. I appreciate your ongoing teamwork in order to achieve DEWA’s objectives; mainly customer happiness, in order to enhance the leading position held by Dubai, regionally and globally,” concluded Al Tayer.
DEWA is keen to organise the annual Suhour gathering, to enhance team spirit among its employees, and achieve the highest levels of loyalty, commitment, and satisfaction. In line with the objectives of the Year of Giving, DEWA awarded three of its employees an Umrah trip, which was part of the grand draw that was held.
