Dubai-based Binghatti Developers has made an impact at Cityscape Global 2016, the premier property exhibition at Dubai World Trade Centre from September 6 to 8.
Binghatti Developer’s completed project, Binghatti Apartments, was announced as the Winner for the Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets 2016 in the Built Residential High Rise category during the Awards Ceremony at the Conrad Hotel. The fully sold out project, based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, was completed in December of 2015. More than 215 applicants from 28 countries participated in the awards, with only 3 finalists selected for the award, with one finalist from South Korea, and the other from Turkey.
Binghatti Developers hopes to capitalize on winning the award and the publicity that comes with it to expand its iconic architecture portfolio and continue representing Dubai and the UAE property market on an international level.

Binghatti Developers’ CEO & Head of Architecture Muhammad BinGhatti also participated in an Architectural Panel Discussion at the Cityscape Global Conference which took place on September 5th at the Conrad Hotel. In his role as Head of Architecture, Mr. BinGhatti personally works on the designs of all Binghatti projects from start to finish with their in-house Architecture Division. The iconic designs have awed an international audience and led to the success and expansion of Binghatti Developers.
