The sales event will include 14 projects in different construction phases and will take place on the 14th of January 2017 where the Dubai-based developer’s mid-priced luxury apartments respond to the increasing demand for affordable units with a variety of different promotions. One of the rare incentives at the event is purchasing a two-bedroom apartment for the price of a one-bedroom. Investors will also receive a 50% discount on the OQOOD fees (contract registration fees). By offering these promotions and flexible payment plans, Azizi Developments is inspiring renters to become buyers.
