I visited many countries, stayed in many hotels and visited a lot of monuments, but this is the first time I feel the place talks to people. While I was touring the facilities of this wondrous construction, I felt the stones talk to me, saying let your pen write what you feel, for I am not an ordinary stone, I am a precious stone, and only those who look for beauty and excellence know its value. The Emirate’s Palace is one of the spectacular monuments in Abu Dhabi, mixing Arab originality with modern technology with the results a fascinating experience never to be forgotten. It is the symbol of grandeur and luxury with state-of-the-art technologies.
During the daytime, the contrast between the golden sands, fresh green gardens, sliver water fountains and the blue sky, become apparent. The word Mzlaa means the old door lock. Mzlaa offers local flavored food like Harees and Majboos. It offers also roast camel meat, ostrich, rabbits, sheep and venison. It offers a soup made with young sharks and shrimps, in addition to saffron rice and Arabic bread.
Palace Barbecue
The palace barbecue offers a unique relaxing experience, it’s located between the hotel’s terrace and the quiet Arabian Sea, it combines a romantic atmosphere with excellent service.
Hakasan
The Chinese Hakasan restaurant combines grandeur, quality, modern Asian atmosphere and high class service. The restaurant received the Michelin Award and offers authentic Chinese cuisine.
Cascades
It located alongside the water garden of the Emirate’s Palace, and offers distinctive dishes in a family atmosphere.
Las Brezas
The restaurant is located in the eastern wing and offers a variety of food, in a romantic atmosphere by the sea.
Bureau of Oberg
It’s located in the ground floor of the hotel, and offers traditional Lebanese food and live entertainment.
International Awards for the Emirate’s Palace
It received the best Middle Eastern Award Hotel. Internationally the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences gave the hotel its Five-Star Diamond Award as the best spa in the Middle East to join a series of awards the hotel got last year. The new manager of the hotel Hans Olbertz said the award is a great honor especially when it’s given from an international organization such as the American Academy. He confirmed this award will contribute to strengthening services to clients.

The rooms measure between 40 to 55 square meters, while royal suites are equipped with golden bathrooms, dining room, living room a bedroom and a marble bathroom with a Jacuzzi, office, and panoramic terraces that overlook the sea. The royal suite measures 265 square meters.
