A new Dubai neighbourhood is getting its own lazy river

-

Arabian Ranches III was unveiled in Dubai last week, and with it Emaar Development revealed that the upcoming housing complex will have some pretty special facilities for residents to enjoy.

According to Emaar, there will be a lazy river, cycling tracks, a retail strip, a clubhouse and community centre in the neighbourhood, with a mosque, schools and healthcare facilities all within close proximity to the development.

Located next to Arabian Ranches, Arabian Ranches III has been built for outdoor living, with a 30,000-square-metre park, parkour course, skate park and cricket pitch, as well as a direct connection to the 86-kilometre Al Qudra Cycling Track.

As for the homes, it is expected that the community will feature three- and four-bedroom properties. The area is expected to be served by the Dubai Metro in the future, according to Emaar.

The developer also added: “[Arabian Ranches III will recreate] the happy lifestyle of Arabian Ranches – which has high ratings in the residents’ happiness score. The new townhouse community will be the most desirable destination for families.”

It seems that UAE life just keeps getting more luxurious
Last month, with the help of actor Gabriel Macht, aka Harvey Specter in TV show Suits, Dubai Properties announced Madinat Jumeirah Living.

The new Jumeirah community is “an exclusive collection of residences overlooking the stunning Burj Al Arab,” according to Dubai Properties.

The developer’s site also adds: “With lush, vibrant landscapes, wind towers, shaded walkways, and pedestrian-centric community living, live a luxurious lifestyle unlike any other.”

Properties will be connected to Madinat Jumeirah by bridge and are expected to be finished in August 2021, with starting costs of Dh1.2 million.
